About Emma
My ultimate dream, like many other athletes, is to win the Olympic Games for Great Britain. I'd also like to be a world record holder and be the best I can be!
Emma started swimming at just 3 years old, competing for the first time when she was 8. She first qualified for nationals aged 11.
Emma has a younger brother, Matthew, and a younger sister, Nicola, who also swim for the club
In 2007, Emma attended an extended training camp in Singapore, followed by a competition in Australia with the Great Britain Squad
She is currently a member of the World Class Development Programme, and the British Swimming Target Squad geared towards the 2012 Olympics in London
