A lifetime best performance of 2:14.72 gave Georgia Coates a silver medal in the 200m individual medley. This concludes a superb week for the 15 year old who now has a silver and a bronze medal in her collection. As does Amelia Clynes, who was back in action tonight in the 50m butterfly. She swam yet another lifetime best to finish 10th in a time of 27.90.

The club would like to thank everyone who made these results possible.
